Yoga Ma Baby Ga: Yoga for Two

I am due in three months, and am already thinking about how to get back in shape. That's why the DVD "Yoga Ma Baby Ga" is so appealing. It guides you through a 55-minute-long yoga routine developed by teacher and mother Jo Ann Colker Arison, who pays attention to new mothers' special needs (Kegel exercises, not-quite-healed Caesareans). The video has three modes for mom, baby, and mom/baby together. Not that your baby is ready for yoga just yet -- instead, soft music and photos keep her interested while you work out to the picture-in-a-picture workout instruction. Arison looks like the routine has worked for her, and I hope it will work for me as well!
